CSI Laboratories announced today that the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) has recognized CSI as one of the best places to work in metropolitan Atlanta. A specialized cancer diagnostic laboratory located in Alpharetta, Georgia, CSI employs 183 persons in its new headquarters, containing a state-of-the-art laboratory and large, high-efficiency office spaces.
After soliciting nominations last fall, AJC sent individual employees within the nominated organizations a confidential survey form. Based on anonymous employee responses, AJC graded organizations and created a short list of candidates, ultimately developing the list of 100 winners announced April 22. Criteria included direction of the company, execution, work conditions, career paths, management, pay and benefits.

The total of 100 winning organizations are shown on the AJC list in three categories: 20 winners in the large-employer group with more than 500 employees; 30 winners in the midsize group with 125 to 499 employees; and 50 winners in the small-employer group with 124 or fewer employees. This is the first year CSI Laboratories has participated in the award competition.
